             It is a hybrid variety with slightly crinkled leaves,difficult to clean. It is grown for both fresh market and processing. 



Raw spinach is 91% water, 4% carbohydrates, 3% protein, and contains negligible fat.It has high nutritional value.It is a rich source of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K.
